In December 1999 the Shariat Appellate Bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan announced its historic judgment declaring bank interest, in all its forms and by whatever name it may be called, as unlawful. Here is the part of that judgment written by Mufti Taqi Usmani. Also includes 106 pages of the Order of the Court. A must read.
