An important original source text for Hanafi fiqh by Allamah Abdullah ibn Mahmood ibn Mawdood al-Mawsili (d. 683 AH). It is the sharh (commentary) of the text known as "al-Mukhtar" also written by the author. Al-Mukhtar has been used as a source for such other famous books as Wiqayah and Kanz al-Daqaiq. Footnotes by Shaikh Khalid ibn Abdur Rahman al-'Ak.
All five volumes have been combined in a single binding with beautiful printing on cream paper.
